Help Hampton Roads Citizens In Need this Holiday Season !!!

The Virginia Beach Emergency Medical Services Association (Career Medics) and
Virginia Beach Association of Rescue Squad Volunteers (Volunteers) are teaming up for the holidays.

Two Associations with One Common Goal: Hampton Roads Citizens In Need.

Starting October 23 - December 18, 2009

Together the organizations have set a goal of collecting 2,000 lbs of food for the needy this holiday season.

Collection boxes will be posted at area rescue squads, city offices, public libraries and area hospitals. Please plan to help this important cause.

An event has been organized for all who support Virginia Beach EMS Sunday November 15, 2009 at Red Star Tavern (Town Center) 2:00 PM this event will serve as the halfway point to our food drive.

Please come out to this November EMS Hot Spot and bring at least 2 canned goods or more to support our mission!
