Simple Will, Simple Power of Attorney and Simple Medical Power of Attorney

It is valued at approximately $500 and on this day will be FREE OF CHARGE!!
Requirements: Each eligible member will need to express interest by completing an intake application form. The prospective attorneys will contact the eligible volunteers to schedule a time for Saturday November 7, 2009.

Limitations: During this initial program, the attorneys are willing to process a maximum of 20 volunteer estate planning packages. After reviewing the success of the program, future plans will be made to handle additional volunteers.
