How can I support the VBARSV
The members of the Virginia Beach Association of Rescue Squad Volunteers (VBARSV) are committed to building and maintaining a volunteer system of quality trained EMS providers. The “Association” is comprised of EMS providers across the City of Virginia Beach. This includes operational members; life members (minimum 10 years as volunteers) and administrative members from all of our 10 volunteer rescue squads.
The “Association” is an organization created exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. It qualifies as a non-profit 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt organization. Sponsorships from fundraising events and donations from local citizens, area businesses and groups are how we survive.
The Volunteer Rescue Squads of Virginia Beach provide a vital service to our citizens. Virginia Beach EMS is proud to be the largest volunteer system in the nation! Our EMS volunteers strive to set a positive role model to the community by providing quality medical care FREE OF CHARGE!! Basically, when you call 911~ we are there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It is our hope to have you support the Virginia Beach EMS mission.
On behalf of the members of the Virginia Beach Association of Rescue Squad Volunteers, we would like to thank you in advance for your contributions.
